Nicole has over 12 years of experience in the design industry. She currently leads global design at hinge health.

Prior to joining Hinge Health, Nicole led user experience design across self-directed and managed trading platforms at E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley.

Her previous experience includes leading the design for GE Transportation’s Digital Studio design system and working for IBM as an interaction designer for Watson Conversation. Nicole has also designed for one of the largest athletics departments in the nation at The Ohio State University.

She has a strong background in collaborating with teams around the globe and across the product development spectrum - including multidisciplinary designers, researchers, developers, product managers, and customers from many Fortune 500 companies.

Nicole graduated with honors from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design. Outside of work, she loves to get creative in the kitchen and cooking with her husband, Max.

Fun Fact

She was a competitive gymnast for over 16 years and finished her career competing for the Buckeyes on The Ohio State Women's Gymnastics team.
