Nicole has over 13 years of expertise in the design industry, currently providing specialized design services for healthcare startups.

Her previous experience includes leading design for global care team products at Hinge Health, creating self-directed trading platforms at E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley, and building the foundation for GE Transportation’s Digital Studio design system. Nicole has extensive experience in designing AI, including interaction design for IBM Watson Conversation. She has also designed for one of the largest athletics departments in the nation at The Ohio State University.

Having worked in both startup environments and large corporations, she brings a robust background in collaborating with global teams across product development – including multidisciplinary designers, researchers, developers, product managers, and clients from many Fortune 500 companies. Nicole graduated with honors from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design.

Outside of work, she loves to cook, garden, and learn Japanese. Nicole finds joy in experiencing the world from her daughter's perspective alongside her husband, Max. She is also the artist behind Studio Americano, where she creates unique pieces of art using espresso and water.

Fun Fact

She was a competitive gymnast for over 16 years and finished her career competing for the Buckeyes on The Ohio State Women's Gymnastics team.
